JL Audio Subs--Custom Fiberglass Enclosure

Custom sub set up up for 2011...but will fit any gen 2, 4 door (you will need to cut a hole the inner plastic area behind the seat (it was easy and you can see the pics). The front of the enclosure is fiberglassed and perfectly curved to fit behid the seat and produce the correct firing angle. The rest of the enclosure is 3/4 inch MDF. This box was built for superior quality!!! It's side vented and tuned to 35 Hz with .75 cu feet of air space. It will fit most 8 inch subs but this one was specifically designed for JL 8W3 V3's and it sounds great!! I briefly had a JL stealthbox with 10W1's (check their site)...but this set up sounded much cleaner and louder.

Hate to get rid of it after spending this much time on it, but I bought a different truck and revamped the entire system.

I prefer clean music as to loud and annoying so this system was babied and rarely turned up. It's about 9 months old and performs as new.

Shipping is available at buyers expense but may have to be done in multiple shipments...kinda heavy so loacl pick up is deisred.

Enclosure, Subs, and Amp rack for $425. Most audio shops will charge that just for the custom enclosure. Visit JL's site and check out the cost of the subs alone if you are comparing. This is a good deal for my fellow taco lovers!!!

What's the info on the Amp? 2 chann or 4 chann etc?

Not selling the amp....haha. No offense but this is a JL HD 900.5 (you can find them for about $1000). This sell includes the subs, enclosure, and amp rack.

But if you are asking about the set up....I had a JL HD 900.5 (5 channel) with 100 watts to each door (JL c2 650s) and 500 watts to he subs (JL 8w3s) wired as mono.

 

Shipping would be expensive....but may be cheaper if you shipped in 3 pieces. Enclosure and each sub separately.
