2009 and newer have the standard safety update (side curtain airbags) worth it in the long run. SR5 has power windows rear view cam in mirror (very helpful in any situation), power side mirrors, auto dimming mirror, not sure about fogs but I know the v6 is pre wired for them. Good luck

Why does the sport have a larger axle (8.4) than the offroad (8.0)? And is it better to have a lsd or a rear locker?

It's stronger but you won't wheel it hard enough to break the 8.0

Rear locker. More useful off road. LSD is nice for quick cornering

Thanks man! So does that mean the sport has more towing capacity than the offroad?

ok now for long answer. lsd comes on when one tire spins and other doesn't it pulls power to tire that is spinning to gain traction again.. rear locker.. locks both so both have equal power wouldn't recommend turning it on when on highway

Regular cab comes only with the long bed. Access cab comes only with the long bed. Double cab comes with choice of long or short bed.

AFAIK, this has been the case since Gen2 was released (I am sure to be corrected hastily if not LOL).

Love the looks of the metallic gray but I had to get the white one. My wife really wanted the gray for her car and matching vehicles would have been a no-go plus I wasn't going to fight her on it ;) Glad I got the white now though, don't have to wash it as much.

You better plan on making some rear suspension improvements before u plan on towing that much firewood. I have a '07 that i cant put a 4 wheeler in the back or it hits the bumpstops. Look under suspension for rear leaf mods. Good luck.

So what does the trd sport sr5 package have vs the trd sport non offroad package?

As far as towing, i want to either do blocks or aal. They squat that much?
