    Yes but the pass for the park is good for a year. And they haven't done anything with me, no calls no nothing so I will be going in tomorrow to complain and if they don't want to do anything I will be taking it to corporate. They had no right to fire me because I hadn't done anything wrong so if it is not changed I may have to pursue legal measures considering wrongful termination is against the law.

    is PA a "At will" employment state? cuz if so… u may want to pursue legal measures torwards the supervisor in question for descrimination or harrasment, not the employer…. cuz if PA is a "At will" state… they have the right to terminate you without a reason….

    See.... That's the funny thing.... It's against the law for an old employer to disclose any info of why you no longer work there, wages etc... It's not always enforced, but it would be against privacy laws... If they get contact by your let say new employer... All they should do is confirm you worked for them in the past and the time frame...
