    So do you have any band saw or drill press recommendations? I have done zero research on this to date and don't have time right now. but I think those are the two tools I have found myself wishing I had most often in the past few years. Finally I will have room and power for them.

    I got the ridgid standing drill press and i been really happy with it. I have the craftsman 14" band saw. It is pretty good, but if I had to do it again, i would probably go with the grizzly.

    Thanks. I'll probably be cruising craigslist at some point when I am ready. I'll aslo have to ge the next issue of the Fine Woodworking buyer's guide. Not like I am actually capable of "fine" yet...
