My roommate is a crossfit dick rider. He goes 6 days a week, sometimes 2 or 3 times a day. He takes deer antler velvet and shit like he's going for the crossfit games. My roommate gets all sorts of pissed when his workout buddies beat him in a workout. Eat big, get big is like his favorite saying. The crossfit cult is getting to be annoying. The gym here actually has good trainers though. Most gyms don't give a shit if you have poor form or whatever, but here the trainers really work to make you toned the right way.

I need to, but the problem is finding a gym close to work. I would prefer a gym close to the house for obvious reasons... and they are 30 minutes apart.

Well now that I am off my phone....

first off, my first cigar :D

So the first two years of college I was in the band so I would go to the football games and play. The first game I went to with out them was my junior year. I live right across the street from the stadium so we decided to do some tailgating at my place. I picked up some beer, vodka and cranberry juice and one of my friends was like "I have a cigar Ill bring you" which I replied "sweet i've never had one".

well fast forward a few beers to closer to game time....he decided that he'd play bartender and I was like "do whatever". he makes me and others a drink and we light up the cigars which were according to him 20-25$ ish, I not having a clue how to smoke it.

Well by the time I get close to finishing it, I've inhaled everything, had maybe 3 or 4 beers, and almost finished my second cran-vodka drink. Now I haven't really moved in the about hour and a half we've been there. I take one step to go to the restroom and basically fall on the floor wasted. I asked my friend how much vodka he put in these drinks (about a 12inch cup) and he says "oh your going to be feeling fine" and points to around the 10 inch mark of straight vodka. Now this guy is 5'9/5'10 330+lbs...I am 6'2 165lbs, he was buzzing pretty good I was shit faced from the same amount of alcohol

I am grabbing the balcony rail doing the "sober up quick breathing" (after inhaling that whole thing) thinking about making it down the stair, let alone across the street and into the stadium. At the entrance with those clicking wheels things that count people entering, I drop my wallet and fall into the spinning wheel pretty much doing a flip over it. I kinda remember kick off, maybe a little 4th quarter, but I do remember walking back and hitting a portal potty to throw up. I destroyed that thing, felt pretty bad for the person who went in after me  but I felt SO MUCH better. When i finally went to bed, I was still shitfaced haha.

This was also the first time I met my smoking hot neighbors. Great first impression :D.

The stripper story is not that long, but to shorten it up we went to new mexico and while at the hotel my friend had WAY to much to drink, no to mention had 3 or 4 pretty strong brownies from what others said. They decide to hit a strip club across town. Right before they leave one of my friends is like "one more lapdance" or something. Well when the girl puts her junk in his face he throws up not only all over her, but all up in her. I was not there but the others said the look on her face was priceless. And when they left they saw her giving another guy a lap dance. Thats what we call sloppy seconds :p.

Who uses pre-workouts? I used to use them until I realized they killed me. I prefer going all natural when I work out.

I had a friend that used black powder aka purified caffeine preworkout mix. When he would run out and forget to get more, oh boy, he would be struggling. My hole college is full of bros who take supplements religiously and carry around the shaker just to drink water out of so they look cool :D

Body felt like crap during or after. Or I would take them and then over do it and miss the next 2 workouts from it.

Or they wouldn't work since I have such a high caffeine tolerance to begin with...
