"sir! your plasti-dip is a huge success, look what I found on Tacomaworld today! hahaha"

"oh no. oh no, no, no. what have I done? I wanted to help people with plasti-dip, but not like this, NOT LIKE THIS! I've created a MONSTER! we must shut down production, I cannot be responsible for a single nother DEFACED TACOMA!. . . . .of all the uses I imagined for this product, and somebody goes and does this. . . . shut em down Johnny, we're through"

just flaming, but not in the way I thought that meant before you used it in the context you did

I have high hopes for the OP's finished product.

Change it up OP because the F250 looks ridiculous, IMHO.

That super duty needs to go away. It even has Rockstars, go figure. I would keep the just the red man. It looks pretty good. I would get out a nice camera to take some pictures when it is all done and cleaned up.

I saw a plasti derp matte red new Mustang yesterday. It looked surprisingly good.

As much as I like plasti dip for the small things like badges/bumpers/grills, IDK about doing the whole thing. Would save ya from trail pin stripes...

I like the all red look as well. I've been considering doing my truck in flat black since before I even owned it though so I'm not with the anti-plastidip posse. I'm interested to see how it turns out of you do decide to finish up the camo look but make sure you do larger chunks like the Ford. The little camo pattern would look stupid IMO. If you use tape make sure the bottom layer is thoroughly dry and use special paint release tape and don't leave it on long at all or do it in the sun as it will start to adhere to the plastidip. Other than that ignore the haters because it's completely reversible if you decide you don't like it. Most of the haters have paid thousands of dollars to paint a vehicle a new color and were less-than happy with the results.

Probably peeled it all off! I think it's neat that you can use this stuff and peel it off without harming the paint underneath. But I personally think it looks like crap. I've never been big on flat paint jobs anyhow though. Just looks unfinished and beaterish to me. Reminds me of my plow truck I hide under my deck most of the year with all the clear peeled off and various shades of black rattle can all over it.

No, it's not peeled. It still looks like the day I dipped it. I havnt finished it, have all the product at my house but my mom is currently unable to walk and is about to undergo back surgery and all my spare time is being spent taken care of her. I don't think I've ever cooked so much in my life !
