Try doing the A340F, you need a 4' extension (with swivel) to get underneath the cross over pipe behind the head for 1 bolt IIRC...major bullshit

I'm seriously thinking of putting some holes in the firewall so I can access some of those bolts straight through from the cab.

Note to self..LEAVE the truck and go get breakfast while Tacoma is getting inspected ..

2 New techs at the dealership "Had" to see the Old Mans Tacoma ;)..

3 guys to do a State inspection ...All good though as their "Shop" is what made it so dam NICE .....and I do keep it CLEAN...:D

Senior tech did "Bust" on me about front caliper pins hanging up just a touch...His advice was to either drive it more than 30 miles a week or PM it more diligently after "wheeling"....:p

That's messed up! How long were they on the truck and how much did you wheel it?

    :D

I though I would have regret it because it is plastic stuff so I figured I wouldn't be able to see my turn signals but the one coat on it was perfect, it looks badass with the light on

    Yup definitely going with OEM

About 5000 miles may 30th I installed them and with the LBJ's i wheeled about 2 times and nothing harsh. I looked at the LBJ and there was a crack. That crack would rub in the joint and cause the squeak and squawk noise i was hearing.

    Yup definitely going with OEM[/QUOTE]

The service manager said "We had another guy with an 04 tundra cheap out on ball joints came in for the same repair on both sides"

I would spend the extra cash for the piece of mind so you don't have to go through what I just did. I had plans with that money but I guess that's why we work right?

At least i got a new Knuckle

Upgraded my horns to Hella horns from a mercedes, nice and loud now. PO had some cheap aftermarket ones and it sounded like a roach coach.

I've been following all of the rear shock discussions, I am have a bad rear shock and am looking to remain stock height, with no lift but trying to decide what shocks would be best to replace with. Its seems like everyones a fan of the Bilstein 5100, if so where do you buy them? I have found the Billy 4600:

also, whats the feel on KYBs

    Thanks!
