I've HEARD that those style harnesses aren't race legal due to sand getting in them and making them not work properly, I don't know for a fact just rumour, I would check on that.

Interesting, They are ok for aircraft lol. I'll have to check on that. Probably will have to get new harnesses by the time I race anyways. 2 year limit right?

    Its never finished!

Heres the first line in BITD rulebook for safety harnesses. I think the cam-lock isn't considered a push button style? Hope so atleast cause I like these over the latch n link.

All vehicles must have a heavy-duty type five-point fast release latch (no push button type) seat belt, anti-submarine strap and shoulder straps with metal-to-metal buckles and connectors for each occupant.

I see your bumping off your uca bolt. I'm assuming you welded a bump pad on top of the bolt. So how do u torque it with the pad in the way of the socket? (I think this makes sense)

I was referring to torque specs. Obviously an open end box end would work.

it actually bumps off the uca near the bolt.

The stock spindles are there just for mock up for the coilovers and bypasses. He is having race spindles made.

not sure with which race spindle he is going with. either a 3 inch lift race spindle or 5/8 lift.
