Here is the part were you forgot to read the entire post. It completely pertains to the situation. If you would learn to shut your fucking mouth and understand why things happen, This wouldn't be an issue. Maybe you shouldn't have been an asshole to your nurse. Then maybe she wouldn't have had your license revoked. Its a chain of events that all leads back to you. Karma has a way of coming back to bite you in the ass. Enjoy not being able to drive that truck of yours.

You could've been arrested, your truck impounded, but you wouldn't have lost it.

well stay in that dump, me and everyone else (currently more leaving ca than moving there) who left that damn state for these great things called actual job opportunities that pay worth a shit dont need any more of the type of californians like you who would likely move here then try to turn colorado into as much of a fucked up state as the one you just left.

The other great thing is states like this one dont have high ass rent to live in a dump, horrendus traffic, and stuck up gold digging girls.

And of course theres the bonus that you dont have to worry about either one of us on the 1% or less chance either one of us does have another seizure, driving into your bucket ass truck you are probably still making payments on which takes up the rest of your money that isnt consumed by your high ass rent / mortgage to live in northern tijuana

This thread, along with every other ToyComa thread, is full of Win. I enjoyed the read.

97T's posts gave me a headache as I tried to add punctuation and capitalization to form sentences.

ToyComa, I don't know if it has been said yet, but you should be nicer to your nurse.

OP, In an effort to help I'll offer my free advise. Remember it may only be worth what you are paying for it.
    1) The nurse did not revoke your license. DMV did based on the nurses suggestion. DMV is asking for your side of the story.
    2) The nurse may have been required to notify DMV. It may be Health Law, Hospital policy or a even a condition of her malpractice. It's possible she was ordered to do so by her boss.
    3) You have been seen by a long list of Health Care Providers. Having a clearance letter from your Primary MD AND your Neurologist will probably clear you.
    4) Yeah you are going to have to go through a lot of crap, but that is DMV.
    5) Be real nice at the DMV hearing. If they are anything like NY, human emotion plays little in their decision. They want facts or somebody else's opinion to cover their legal butt. Consider a lawyer to assist you.
Lastly) You have gone through a lot of crap in your life. You survived it. Get through this and survive it. There are worse things then DMV that can happen to you in the future. Handle this wisely, put it behind you, and move on.

Realize that you are singling out one fraction of this guy's problems. You are cheerleading for a guy who feels wronged by insurance companies over an accident he contributed to, discusses openly and seriously about retaliating via insurance fraud, has had a battle for months at least with his medical staff over anger management, drug and alcohol abuse, and other things (read his medical thread), someone who begins every other post by apologizing for his last post and telling everyone to forget everything prior, and even when he replies to a thread, his comments generally follow this same pattern: "Sick truck bro! But you look like a fat homo. Next time take yourself out of the camera!"

He needs therapy at minimum, and really needs a slew of mental and emotional treatment if he is in reality as he is online.

Talking to him like you are is pouring gas on a fire. Do as you will but be a little more cognizant of your actions and how they may translate to his reality.

Perfect DD. I support him getting help, I don't know why anybody would support him continuing to be reckless with his behavior.

97T, you are apparently venting your own issues here also, which is serving no purpose whatsoever. Sorry you are so bitter about income and women, but how about exercising some damage control instead of lumping the problems of yours on top of highly irrational problems of someone else?
Hate CA? Then move. Moved already? Then let it go.
