    I dont know....A few years ago, I photo copied my middle finger, and sent it in to the IRS along with my Taxes. To sum it up, THey didnt see the humor, and threatened me with fines, and/or prosecution. :( I figure if I can make a small version, and glue it to the bottom of my statements, I may be able to convey my thoughts, while not getting into trouble.
