There doesn't have to be a discussion. Doc/nurse puts in the request to the DMV, DMV looks and approves and you can set up a hearing if you wish.

This telling off people who are trying to save your life really isn't gonna get you anywhere, but we in EMS work thankless jobs so attitudes such as yours are expected.

I respect the FUCK out of the ones who save lives ETC Doctors, EMS, ER nurses... But a fucking RN coordinator does shit but make sure your life is hard as possible after transplant. She doesnt do shit in the field. She shits on her ass all day being a stuck up Bitch.

Happened at least two weeks before post date, I didnt get a call from the insurance til then which sparked the fight.

Im not going to go through and multi-post all of the bullshit talk that has been thrown around but if shes going to revoke my license for driving, Dont you think she would be like hey the doctors dont want you driving you could have a seizure and hurt someone.

NOPE instead she let me drive around for a week with no notice of anything. So whos at fault if i were to have a seizure that week and kill a family?

I didnt know i was at risk until a week later so... Whos fault that i wasnt made aware of the danger of operating a motor vehicle?

The RN is simply pissed off getting her revenge in and its obvious! Why is most of you on her side when shes been completely unprofessional!? SHE LET ME DRIVE FOR ALMOST THREE WEEKS without any notice or word about seizure danger.

I refuse to apologize to someone who is acting like a complete child. I turned down her services and that pissed her off so this is her rebuttal. I haven't had anymore word from her. Even tried calling and leaving messages.

You do when your doctor tells you that the med you took 30 minutes before hand CAUSED IT and now that your off that med all the tests look good, We even cause your seizure on camera and now can for sure say it was a reaction.

So now we are back to square one, where you put in an appeal to the doc stating that you are off the medication.

Maybe you don't understand but the nurse has nothing to do with what the DMV does, she can only send a request or recommend stuff, what the DMV does is up to them. If you want your license back, go to your doc, get a letter stating that your tests are clear, you're not on the medication anymore and then go set up an appointment with the DMV for a reinstatement hearing and bring the letter to the hearing.

Again, the nurse and doc cannot reinstate your license, so no need going after them and making yourself look more like a douche then you already have by telling her off like you admitted to doing before posting this thread.
