Appeal or Wait?

My simple question has turned into a fucking Shitfest.

All i wanted to know is should i file an appeal now or get a letter on august 12th?! Which would be easier and faster.

So a nurse sees your condition and your medication and dosages and puts in a request to the DMV to suspend your license for medical reasons and they do it....

Jon, you stated in your first post that you haven't had a seizure or anything close, then you stated to me that you have had a seizure where you "went full retard for day and it was caught on camera" so they changed the medication.

Could you not consider the fact that all the medication you're on is not in any way beneficial to your driving ability and it was decision that wasn't just made by one person but by medical staff as a whole?

Perhaps the fact that you are on pain meds, mixing those meds with booze, missing your appointments, not staying hydrated, not following medical orders to the T, amongst other things is why she put in the request through the proper channels to the DMV.

Consider that we here only get your side of the story, which has changed 2-3 times since the OP so we are inclined to believe a story that we haven't heard because you are consistent in your inconsistencies, you play the victim to garner support when you cannot follow doctor's orders.

 

Ive had my doctor my ACTUAL doctor who transplanted me tell me the only thing holding me back from driving was the pain meds, IM OFF OF THEM then literally three to four weeks later, This shit magically comes up. WHY ALL THE SUDDEN!?

 

I would cite you, ask you if you were under the influence of any narcotics (medication) put you through field sobriety testing and if you failed, advise you of expressed consent, if you refused, I'd write you for DUID and release you to a sober party. If you are the only one registered on your truck I would tow that.

Your refusal to submit to a chemical test of your blood would result in an automatic revocation for a year.

 

yeah i like coastal as well, especially pismo. I was born and raised in the northern san francisco bay area, and as youre probably aware theres the whole nor cal versus so cal debate / rivalry thats gone on forever.

Ill dip off topic a bit here, but figured id go into the history of the northern tijuana thing. First time i heard someone refer to it as northern tijuana was actually here. A lot of people in denver got mad last year because a broncos fan in a broncos jersey got beaten up just for having the jersey on at an away game against the san diego chargers. So me and a friend were chatting about the whole thing and he knows im a northern california native and goes "is this what they usually do there?"

I said thats what they do in SOUTHERN california, there was a san francisco giants fan who got beaten to the point of going into a coma at a game in los angeles against the dodgers based on wearing dodger gear a few years ago.

He then goes, DAMN THOSE NORTHERN TIJUANA CHARGERS!

Edit: And yes before anyone gets mad im fully aware that northern california has its share of idiot sports fans too and thats why they dont have the "battle of the bay" (oakland raiders vs san francisco 49ers) during the nfl preseason anymore.

Why would that "fuck you?" If there is not a sober registered owner to release the truck to, it gets towed per policy. You would be given a contest of tow, you would be able to go with another person to the tow lot the next day, have them release it to you and have a sober person drive your vehicle home...
