This has been discussed many times if you looked around a bit. Here is what I said on other post of the same question:

"I have a 2013 touch screen head unit in my 08. It was mostly plug and play but some of the features will not work. Some of the plugs did not match up but you will be able to use it just as you use the head unit that you have now. You can use Bluetooth to stream music but without the mic you will not be able to make a call. Once I get some time I am planning on looking at the schematics to find out what I need to do to make it fully functional.

You will also need an antenna adapter which is easy and cheap. I think its $10 online. It works for 09+ toyota and lexus (the one I bought only said it worked for lexus)."
