    It seriously did help me lol I thought my battery clamps were getting too corroded but it was my starter. Kept a piece of wood and a hammer and every time it wouldn't start I would whack it lol and it worked.

    Yeah it does work. Pretty sure when the contacts in the solenoid get corroded, you can knock them around with the hammer making it work.

    A few times people came over asking if I needed help and I was like I GOT THIS BRO! Would jump out with my hammer and piece of a log and they'd look at me like I was crazy.

    It's funny that you were worried about the windows being rolled down...

    The exact same thing happened to me except I was sitting at school in my truck talking on the phone and getting ready to go to class my passenger window wouldn't roll up. I started freaking out about ready to just skip class and go home because I didn't want to leave it...then I realized I was playing with the window lock button while talking. :anonymous:
