    If you install arp head studs in the 1gr the stud that is all the way up front on the intake side of the head needs 2 be cut down for the vvti actuator 2 clear it

    That is new. I have never had a clearance issue before. Something to watch for though. Good posting up. :thumbsup:

    So I modified my core support so I can remove it so I can install my transmission attached 2 the engine

    So the engine transmission and transfer case are all installed

    That is definitely one way to do it. I know how hard it is navigating up and over that core support, so with that modification, I know it made it a breeze to slide that engine in. Damn near start-up time too. Getting me excited for you as well!

    That last picture, it kind of looks like you timing cover is polished. Is that the flash or did you polish it?

    So you had better get a start-up video.

    As for mine, I talked with Darton yesterday. They hadn't heard anything from Kelford, on a few of the responses they were waiting for, for cams. In a few weeks at that. So after our discussion, a call was made and the contact at Kelford had basically dropped the ball on Darton's requests. So that being resolved, cams are in the works to the specification that I offered them. So mine can finally get finished as well as other engines that have been on hold.

    Not sure how long it will take for the cams to get here from Down Under, but if I hope it is by air. This wait is seriously trying my patience.

    Once your engine is broken in, do you plan on a dyno? Then we can finally see what that intake does. :D
