My insurance is calling Bullshit against her and saying that it should either be 50/50 or no fault. No pictures no report and no witnesses means theres no proof it even happened. Either way we already have a damn surcharge of 53 dollars every 6 months because of this shit. UGH

I have this concept called Darwin's Army. They would help adjust for oversights in the natural selection process. Pool cleaners, if you will.

Talk to insurance first and THEN yell at strangers on the Internet about not having any proof.

    1. You are both at fault for not seeing or reacting to each other's presence in a situation where neither of you had right of way.

    2. My opinion means nothing, I am not a lawyer and have not read CO laws that govern this kind of situation.

    3. Request mod to delete this for you. Insurance companies and lawyers can be slimy fawkers.

    4. Call your insurance company, give them all info you have, let them handle this. You pay a gawd-awful lot for insurance, and when something like this happens you are supposed to remember WHY you pay all that money! Next week she may be complaining about her neck, so you may as well call the insurance now and let them and their lawyers handle it.

    5. Sorry this happened to you. Going forward drive as though everyone is out to get you! This is not far from the truth.

Im not worried about her finding this thread, If she really thinks its worth it then go for it. My insurance is talking to hers and trying to solve it. Not sure why Mr. DoorDing seems to have a problemo lol.

So you were driving on a medically suspended license, you chose to exchange information and you didn't take the responsibility on yourself to take pics of both vehicles at the scene, tell me how you weren't at fault?

She was fully out of her parking spot when you hit her from the sounds of the damage, so if the cops were called, they would have written you for unsafe backing...oh and driving under medical suspension.

Have you filed with your insurance? Have you filed an online accident report or a counter report with either the CSP or the local agency? Do you know if she has? One person is required to file a report to a get a CR# for the insurance.

What pics and witness evidence are you going to use to prove that she A: altered pics, B: took pics a week later, or C: any of the above BS you mentioned in the above posts?

Let me ask you how your side of the he said she said is gonna hold up over her side of the he said she said?

Oh you are a funny person Jon, a victim of your own circumstances. Everything is everyone else's fault except yours.

BGR has turned it into a cottage industry. I think he should go back to fuzzy pictures, too. He had a whole thing going.
