AAnndd...My left knee is not feeling right... I've never felt this kind of sore on my quads before, it almost feels like I partially tore a ligament in my left knee. Its very painful being my left knee, but it feels better when I massaged it and put some icee-hot on it.

I skipped kickboxing today to rest up, and if it's not feeling any better by tomorrow, I'll schedule an MRI to get it looked at.

Interesting article. I'm close to the "Strong" classification with my weight at 176 lbs right now. I'm trying to get up to and maintain 180 lbs, and increase my numbers. My deadlift needs the most work needed to increase it by 50 lbs . Bench and squats are within 15-25 lbs of that "Strong" classification.

Nice strength cycle the past couple weeks with squat and dead lift

Hit 3 at 265, 1 at 275, 1 at 285 (PR), and missed 295. Didn't have the power to get out of the hole.

Also deadlift 1RM at 365. Not bad for about 2.5 times my body weight lol.

My upper body is weak as shit from having a multitude of shoulder surgeries but hit 185 which is a max for me on bench yesterday too.

    5' 6" at 148lbs

Damn... I can squat 325, dead close to 400, and struggle to get 185 4 times on the bench.

How are you guys doing your 1 rep maxes? Are you going into the gym and putting a shit load of weight on and lifting fresh or are you adding little amounts and getting tired and not lifting as much as you would be able to if you lifted fresh?
