So do you have a new home already or are you staying somewhere temporary?

It takes around two months to close, so I am not sure if you need to be fully packed this early.

We got our keys on Friday, and have moved everything but the grill over to the new house. Sleeping in our new house is awesome.

With all the real estate chatter, does anyone live on the south side of the city? Near Parker or even Elizabeth. We are looking at homes in that area because we want some property.

Congrats man! Our neighbor listed her house a few weeks ago and got a ridiculous price for it and they close in less than a month. Moving truck showed up yesterday and today she left for Texas.

Yeah, my buddy lives off of Buckley & Orchard (SW side of that intersection) and he just called me the other day to say that he & his wife would likely be moving to Texas but it may not be for a few months until they know for sure on her new job. When were you thinking and what price range?

They have 30 days to close or I'm not paying their closing costs. As soon as the contracts are signed I'm getting a storage unit and I'm starting to move things out.

    4 months.

I gotta say sean, not a fan of that truck. the spikes sticking out of the fenders are tacky too, the light bars are cool though

End of 2014/early 2015. 450-550 is the price range, we are looking at wild pointe in Elizabeth. I know on a good day it is going to be an hour to the tech center, on a bad day most likely 2+ but we work from home. We aren't having the best of luck finding new construction on 3+ acre lots anywhere but way outside of the city.

Why would you need a roof rack that folds up like that? Lol

There's quite a few places along Santa Fe south of 470 that have big lots. May or may not be in your price range though. Have you considered looking out towards the front range just west of 470? Probably a better drive to the tech center than out in Elizabeth.

Are you looking for wide open space or just space in general so that you don't have someone's house right next to yours?

Took the letters out of my keyboard??

Well, if you're interested in the area I think their house may be in the upper end of that price range. He told me they likely would be moving by the end of the year. Theirs is in the city though and as such won't meet your lot size requirements. To find that size lot in that price range you'll be driving to the DTC for sure.

Because everything else on that truck has function?

You gots tha ban powahs nao?
