Scared me for a second there, had to check the link. It looked like somewhere in hurricane country during a massive evacuation.

From the sounds of it, if i25 is my main route in or out of the city, plan on an hour if I am outside the beltway, especially from the north. Am I right to focus south of the city for new construction and a chance a bit more leg room on the lot? I would say castle rock is about as far south as I would go, but now I'm thinking to look east or west like Parker or Highlands Ranch (someone mentioned the lots might be a bit small in HR).

It's been a rainy summer. I love it. Too bad we aren't where we were the last time a downpour decided to happen. Going down the rock hill on crystal in the rain was effing awesome!

you wont be able to get a lot of land in HR, i wouldnt recommend it at all. you would have to go just south of highlands ranch to get property any bigger than average 10,000 sq foot lot, even that is tough to find in the ranch

From the sound of it, Parker might be a good place for him to look. There are places up here in Fort Collins that fit the bill, but traffic can be an issue. I wish they would build up the lines so that the train can go all the way up and down the 25 corridor.

Man that would be awesome! The one thing I hate about this area compared to other populated areas is the complete and utter lack of mass transit. A train system that went up and down I25 between Colorado Springs & Fort Collins with a handful of stops in between and then some light rails to branch off from there would be AMAZING for this area.

I keep saying that if that NE corner of CO can add the panhandle of NE and attain statehood that would be a kick ass state!

I built it out of a kit to my dads liking. Gonna prolly do another to mine. This one is too shinny and too much chrome for me. And too low to the ground corners suck on it. But yeah I've been Riding street bikes since I was 16. Sold all of the sport bikes now we have two Harley's and the chopper.

Is it an S&S motor? Yeah I love the murdered-out, flat black, rat rod looking bikes. Hard tail with a spring saddle. I ride an interceptor though.
