    Just being his usual obnoxious self. I swear either he is the loudest person on the planet or everyone else who has occupied that apartment since I've been here has never opened a kitchen cabinet door, owned a TV, radio or phone. Maybe they were all anorexic, deaf mutes and I didn't know it :notsure:

    The ad was simple but not in broken english...they must have copied the text from another ad :laugh:

    Ahh..gotcha. so you just need to get rid of the moles then! Are they a huge problem down there? I know I found one in my parents yard one time - at least I think it was a mole - scared the crap out of me! It had gotten into the window well at the basement and couldn't get out, was just clawing at the metal. Dad scooped it out with a shovel and squished it.

    1% its the building 99% its just him being an ass.
    there have been three other tenants in that apartment - a guy and his GF, single guy, and a husband/wife and their daughter - and the only time i ever heard anything was when the little girl would scream about not wanting to go to bed or whatever. you know that shriek that little girls have that could shatter glass? yeah, before the current jackass residing below me, that was the only sound I ever heard coming from that apartment.
    i know there's no insulation or sound deadening in the floor - code wouldn't require it - so sound can travel through the apartments pretty easily because of that. i just don't understand how 6 other people have lived in that space and not been a problem.

You will die.

    They are wierd little creatures. I don't care where he lives, as long as it's NOT in my yard!!! She's caught a few, but for the amount of damage that she causes, she's a lot worse than the moles.
