Fresh to me is sore from the day before. I'm ready to move weight any day or the week. Only going for 1RM max as I am moving states, gyms, everything and just finished a strength cycle and wanted to see where I ended up. I will use the 1RM max and adjust % for new workouts next month. I know alot of people don't test it very much but I track the shit out of my lifting from every day lifts to max effort. It helps me to see if progress is made.

Wouldn't really call that, "ripped as shit". More so lean.
Not dogging on you, but if you dialed in the food more, veins everywhere will start popping.

Awesome "clean" cookies I came up with last night:

    1 large banana mashed up
    1/2 cup rolled oats
    2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 scoop of chocolate whey protein powder.

Mix everything up really well, scoop out into 4 cookies, use olive oil on the pan so they don't stick. Bake 10 minutes at 350*

Don't see why not, they are just a little bit dry, wonder if a tablespoon of that would moisten them up a bit.

Had to take 2 days off from the gym due to being so busy at work. Hit it today with a bunch of compound exercises. Kicked my ass. Had a hard time finishing my run at the end.
