^^^Mine looks like that. It just barely hits it. The metal L-bracket on the latch assembly of the tailgate barely scrapes it, and then when the gate is closed the tailgate itself is hitting it. The powder coating is eventually going to scrape off if I keep using it like it is now. I'm at work but I'll try to PM you some pics later.

It is tightened all the way. I will put it in my bench vise and tweak it a bit in a few (working on another project at the moment) then post another pic if it works. (I'm sure it will, just needs some encouragement).

I gave it a shot and to be honest since i am driving down there to have my sliders welded on, i will just bring it with me and let you tweak it before i fuck something up.

Wondering if you can change my slider order to a bolt on instead of the weld-on? Just want to know if it's still possible and how to pay you for the increase in price. I'll also send you a PM. Thanks

Got my cb mount and installed it (2nd gen). Took a bit of tweaking but it does move with a 4' firestik. Going to get some oem door edge protectors for the tailgate and that should do it. Thanks.

My cb mount does the same, but it's so minuscule that I'm not worried.

Yeah most will need a little tweaking to sit right in the middle if the opening the 2nd gens more then the 1st gens from what I've seen. Id do thinner steel but them they might flex too much.

Yeah, no worries. After all, the part for the cb mounts on your website says that they may need to be adjusted.

BTW, I wish I wouldn't have looked at your website to confirm that it said that. Now I want some lca and diff skids....

We should have them shipped to Ant's place. Bring a 6-pack and have him install them for us

    Yep.
Man, thats frusty... ordered some LCA Skids and towers about a month before this GB even started.

Although, we agreed to have them shipped at once; maybe the skids aren't done yet. Oh well, they'll get here eventually :)
