You can get a 4x4 DC manual second gen with lower miles for that price.

    i don't want a manual 2nd gen, but yeah:(

YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, i mean, no :( but it'd be nice.
my dad wouldn't go for it, has 14k more miles then i'd prefer, and it may be slightly over budget.

You can find superchargers cheap. I found one for $100 I'm just going to send it to magnisun to get it rebuilt before I put it on. 17k is a little high in my book. I paid 9600 for my 3rd gen runner with 80k on it.

I like Toyota parts to be honest. You pay a little more in most cases worth it.

Yeah I'd fix with Toyota parts. I tried orioles brake pads once and they squealed like a mofo. Swapped genuine Toyota pads in and no squeak.

Yeah I don't get too much down time for me anymore since having the baby. So I would love a relaxing day. We would not be able to even think about building a house if we didn't make such a good profit in the house we are selling. We just bought cheap and did the right modifications am it paid off.

I say do it now while you can. Make sure your gonna do something you can do for the rest of your life. It sucks to be 35 and trying to make a life change ya know. As for buying houses I got luck my second house the one I'm selling now was the cheapest and I ended up getting the most for it this far. Location and upgrades helped. Now I'm moving to a small town that has some peace and quiet where I can see my self staying until my daughter is out of the house.
