I want to lift my 2013 prerunner off road 3 inches front and back. What lift kit overall would be the best for this?

No but you need a strong upper body to compress the shocks

We need to know how you intend to use the truck.

Not if you can muscle an unsprung shock. You might be better served to lift the truck and remove the tire.

Full OME. Most durable and solid lift for the money. Doesn't get any simpler than springs and shocks. Check my build thread (click the pic below) to see how it'll sit. My tires are 32.6" for reference.

A lot of guys like them with either the Eibachs or OME coils up front. If you push closer to 3" of lift you'll certainly clear a true 32" tire (275 or less in width) with little or no rub.

Thanks for the response I just have two more questions (right now) would I need the top plate spacers and would you recommend the 2" aal?

Because OP mentioned some tough offroading I was thinking clearance at full stuff without rub [IMG]

You could throw on the 1/4" top plate spacer for an extra 1/2" of lift if you needed it, but if you use the 885 coils with the billies set at zero and the 2" AAL you may not need the extra lift in the front. The good news is you can easily throw in the spacer after the fact if you want/need it.

Ive heard that 885 coils with billies set any higher than zero can screw up your shocks. what are the Pro's with 885 with billies instead of your stock coils?

Stock coils suck. Coupled with the 5100's, in order to gain lift you have you have to pre compress the coil (preload) which results in a much crappier ride. The 885s by themselves provide the lift, and unless you are going to do some serious extreme off roading you will not damage the shock.

*re-read your statement, thought I should say this: 5100's w/ OME coils Do Not need to be set any higher than 0, ever. So, no chance of wrecking the shock.
All that said, momma didn't raise no fool, so I went with the OME coils and the nitro chargers which were designed to work with them.

I think that's a great set up for the money. I honestly wish I would've looked more seriously at this option when I built mine. The only additional thing you might consider on this (besides UCAs which are always a good improvement) would be to have ToyTec install the front coils onto the shocks. I think they will do this for about $100 parts and labor. That way, you don't have to take apart your OEM coils to use the plates and pieces. This is what I did and it made installation easier too. Plus, if you ever want to go back stock, just swap them back out. Good investment in my opinion.

I had no idea that they would do that. Sounds like install would be easy to install this way thanks. I am assuming I would have to talk to them over the phone about this.

Nope, should be in one of the drop down menus on the site.

Edit: well I only see it as an option on OME lifts for some reason.

They did this for me so I would assume it's their normal customer service. It's sometimes hard to get ahold I them, but the gentleman on the other end of the emails confirmed they would do this and he made sure the telephone sales support knew how to bill me. It was that part of the transaction that really impressed me the most and is why I'll continue to recommend them.
