    20% tinted, Low pro truxedo bed cover, debadged, Billie 5100's plus 2" AAL, 265/70/17 General Grabbers, ProComp 5001 wheels, Polk Audio 6.5" components & Polk Audio 6.5" rear, Kenwood headunit, homertoshi grill, plasti dipped lower valiance, mag light mod, more coming...
    I'm running 5100's all around set to 2.5 with stock coils and a 2" AAL and I love it. The ride is as stiff as a wedding dick but I don't mind it...beats mushy. This is a good set up for the money (which I have very little of). If I were to do it again and had some extra coin, I would probably go with the OME kit. Like I said before though...I love my set up now and am perfectly happy with the looks/performance of it. Hit me up if you have any questions.

    Congrats mark! Build is coming along nicely. ~10' of wire to relocate the camera. a piece of sheet metal to make a small housing also.

    Thanks for the info. Yeah I heard it was a stiff ride with the stock coils. Someone suggested the OME coils would give a softer ride. Well time to save up. lol I was looking at your pics. How do you like the Grabber tire?. I'm looking at buying these for my truck.

    I've heard the same about OME coils with the 5100's. I think you'll be happy with that set up. I like the tires so far. I've only had them for about 10k miles but they ride nice and have a fairly aggressive tread & look for an AT tire. I've only taken it off road a few times but they did well each time. Good tires for the price!

    So, I just bought a M101A3 trailer for my off-road trailer build. Who wants to teach me to weld?

    My plan is to:

    1. Strip it (media blasting);
    2. Have it painted to match my truck;
    3. Build a weather proof top for it (sheet metal with ribbing);
    4. Add in roof rails for a RTT with slide out solar panels;
    5. Cut out a few side slots for slide out drawers / stove;
    6. Build a nose box with batteries, charger, inverter, etc.;
    7. Put in ARB drawers in the rear; and
    8. Convert the axle to Toyota hubs so I can run identical wheels (Mojaves with 285/75/16 BFG AT's).

    - Mark

    Thanks for the input. Did some more reading on lift kits today. Might be looking at just going with the whole OME kit. So many choices. lol Now I just need to find a place i can take my truck and get a little dirty.

    ^ This.

    We could run flagpole, or any of the other trails in GWNF that lead to camp sites.

    Or we could hit up Rapidan before Sept 7th. There are a couple of trails I take for Bear hunting that would provide some lighter wheeling and camping.

    Just throwing out ideas!

    If you have the money to get the OME set up, I would do that over the 5100's. Not too many places around here for wheelin...we have to drive down to GWF to get some legal trails. I'm up for a day trip or overnighter as long as I have good lead time and no family stuff going on.

    I'm down for this too however I think Skygear was referring to a cookout up here at one of our places instead of going to a bar. I'm down for that Skygear. I should be available to join in the festivities after the 12th of this month. If you guys can't wait until then, have a cold one for me. :cheers:

    Danny...looking F-ing SWEET!!!
