I'm looking into making these, got my hands on a metal brake and ordering material tomorrow. Looking forward to putting my aircraft structural skills to work!

Seeing this and Homer's thread..I just can't wait any longer! I have an extra grill ready to cut up. :) Probably be a few days before I get started as I need to get the list of stuff together..and I'm sure ill pm ya a couple times. :D

First question, How much mesh did you buy? :D (Nevermind..got the answer from the god of grills himself :D)

Now onto fiberglass/bondo. so I need...
    1. Fiberglass repair kit
    2. Some bondo..any type specifically? such as http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0007ZG9UI/ref=noref?ie=UTF8&psc=1&s=automotive

Looks great. Can I ask why 2012+'s aren't usually done - i.e. Homertaco states he doesn't do 2012s in his thread.

Are there technical issues that make it more difficult?
