Arctic sea ice melt is likely to be hampered. Below normal Arctic temperatures, while still above freezing, set the stage for a probable lessening of the severity of ice melt anticipated this summer. I believe there is substantial evidence that there is a planet wide warming trend and change in climate that may be partly or entirely due to man made atmospheric pollution
