    riding lawn mowers yes, anything that is "self-propelled" is fair game in NH, excluding electric scooters and wheelchairs. a bicycle is not self propelled, so at least for us, its not a DWI.

    Yeah, that would destroy the bumper. They're not exactly the toughest thing. I'm on my third lol

    I'm not driving it until I get it fixed. Don't want to cause more stress to it than necessary. Driving it back on base into the parking lot sucked. Did a 5 point turn haha

    Going to work on it Sunday. Hopefully it's just frozen up. Remove actuator, manually disengage locker, clean actuator, engage locker, re-install actuator.

    I was going to say that too. Lol. Yes the back is steel ( or something haha) but its thin and I still wouldn't trust full weight on it.

    I'm 100% positive I won't. The actuators are never broke, just frozen. Just needs rebuilding probably. Not going to pay $900 for a new actuator.

    It could also be the wiring though. I'm going to run power directly from a battery to the actuator to see if it's a wiring issue.

    Don't think I can rebuild it? Might not even need to be rebuilt, could just need to be removed and reinstalled, or could be wiring.

    correct. if your actuator is junk, which im sure it is, you put my trucks pic as your sig, i get to make the picture, and if not, and you are able to rebuilt, i will paypal you the running rate for an ice cream or coolatta or something.
