All highway... With cruise control I can pull off 18-19 mpg. Mixed driving is about 15-16 mpg. It sucks, but at least my truck looks badass.

Don't forget you need to recalculate mpg due to speed difference and mileage difference caused by bigger tires/wheels.

Well... I went on deployment to the middle east for 13 months, came back home to Washington for 3 months and now I'm deployed again on board a ship this time for 8 months. The joys of military life

Oh okay. Yeah I remember the 13 months, and might have seen that you were home but not quite sure. How long do you have left? Anything new to the truck, or that you might have planned?

I just left a few weeks ago... so I have a little over 7 months left.

I don't know where to begin, there is always a lot of stuff I want to do to the truck... it has sat for so long that it needs some love. I plan to redo the satoshi, retrofit lights, new leaf springs (get rid of the blocks), probably a new paint job, sliders, a roll and lock cover, some interior mods, and definitely a regear.

Hey solus, I just bought myself a 2007 tacoma trd sport with a 3" lift. I already decided on the same wheels as you, but I'm
Not sure what size tires to go with. Can you tell me which of your pictures have the truck with the 265's and which ones have the 285's? Mainly the pictures on the beach in the middle, I'm having a hard time figuring out what size tires are on there in those pictures... Thanks alot I would really appreciate it!

Haha. Ya when I found out how bad not having 4x4 was, I decided to get the most I could out of my 2wd. :D
