It was tempting to keep it and SAS and diesel swap it.

30%+ -> mud terrain
10-29% -> all terrain
0-9%->street

Painted my brake calipers to match the drums.

 

Yesterday, day before leaving for the wyo meet, I changed the oil, replaced my damaged 80a alt fuse, and put on 1.25" lift shackles, then cut my exhause above the axle. Always fuckin with the truck the night before I leave!

 

Good thing about the GI bill is that I'll graduate with zero debt. I want to get a new taco if I find a decent job after I graduate.

 

Yesterday I got my bash fab sliders installed and my light hoop for the trail gear bumper

Still need to paint the sliders. Ran out of time

Depends on what style you go with. They make radials that are not quite as aggressive. But the boggers, tsl's bias ply, thornbirds, and irocs are all shitty for the highway but absolutely amazing offroad. For the wheeling that I do, I wouldn't trade my boggers for anything but I also don't run mine on the highway. My next street tire is going to be Goodyear mtr's.

Got my BAMF cb antenna mount in the mail in the middle of tiling my kitchen backsplash yesterday.





So I put the tile to the side and primed, painted & installed it.




I don't know about everyone else, but 18' of coaxial is just enough to reach from the ashtray area to the tailgate.

 

Just go with a good all terrain then

Good to know! I was going to buy 20' but I also don't know exactly where I'm putting my CB yet.

 

I was told multiple times a 9' cable would be fine.... Yeah right. 18' was just enough. I ran it out behind the back driver seat through a grommet. 20' would be ideal!

 

Added brake proportioning bracket from BAMF and cut the tail pipe just after the axel, its about even with the back side of the rear tire. Couldn't get it even but I'll do some trimming today when it cools down. Here's a pick of the tail pipe and the bracket (off on the distance).

Also, took off my exhaust relocation bracket and rear mudflaps. If anyone wants them check out the BST thread for 1st gens.
