For anybody trying to contact me recently.....

As some may know I hold an annual Car Audio BBQ/Meet and this year it was a 2 day event that included a sanctioned IASCA competition. I was already extremely busy so the last month has been unbelievably crazy around here getting all this organized with the dozen or so sponsors from ARC Audio to Zapco!

Due to this my email/text message/PM and phone messages have been on extreme overload and some have not received replies. My apologies if I have not returned your call/email/PM/text in a timely manner or not at all and please know that it was not intentional! I will get back to everyone just as quickly as I possibly can and if you don't hear from me soon your message may be buried in this huge mess so please try again! (calling is best!)

Almost forgot, I know I promised a raffle for the guys here but things got so crazy I wasn't able to get it done prior to the BBQ. I do have more nice gear that I plan to raffle in order to recoup the rest of my costs/expenses so as soon as I get permission I'll give you guys a chance to win some!

 

Marv, sounds like your BBQ was as big a hit as it was in years past! Maybe I can take some time off of work and come out next year for it. By that time I'm sure I'll have the Taco all juiced up and ready to get judged. I'd love to hear yours as well.

 

The best EVER buddy! We had over 100 in attendance (Chu even came from New Jersey along with several others form the east coast) and nearly 50 cars participating including the Monster Cable owners $200,000.00 Mercedes full of Audison Thesis gear wrapped in carbon fiber!

 

Holy crap man! Maybe I should start hosting a BBQ!

If I'm able to come out next year I'd love to help out. I know it's a HUGE event to put on.

 

This weekend I'm FINALLY wrapping up my install, so I'm hoping to contact someone about how to get everything adjusted right. Italyn, can I ping you if Marv's not available?

Hey guys.. it may be difficult to reach me again over the next few days as my dad's cancer progressed rapidly so he had to be taken to hospice and is now on life support. I have my phone with me and will answer when I can so feel free to call as it will probably help keep my mind from going crazy right now. If you do email or PM without a response over the next few days please know I am not ignoring you and will answer ASAP. Marv

 

Well guys my dad passed away last night so it may be difficult to reach me by PM/email for a few more days while we take care of some things. I will still be answering my phone when possible so please feel free to call (it will help keep my mind busy so don't feel like you will be bothering me as a couple have already mentioned) and my helper will be taking care of shipping stuff that is ready to go.

Thanks guys for all the condolences. It took a lot longer than expected to make arrangements and bring family in from all over the country as well as take care of numerous pending issues so I have not been able to answer PM's/emails for some time. Things are finally settling down a bit however it would still be best to call if possible as I have a TON of emails/pm's I am trying to get to. As if I don't have enough going on lately I got t-boned in my wife's new Camry last week and suffered a concussion along with a cervical strain. The irony is I was taking a load of Tacoma items for shipping and the guy who hit me was driving a Tacoma DC! To top it off I did not have my medic alert bracelet again and was in a state of confusion when they strapped me down in the ambulance so they didn't realize I was allergic to latex. On top of the pain I am now in my face is all swollen/has a rash from the oxygen mask and everywhere else they touched with latex gloves/attached something with latex is a huge rash! It's a little hard for me to sit/type right now so again the best bet in reaching me is by phone as I am back to doing limited work that doesn't require heavy lifting. Also, my apologies to those who haven't received reply's yet however I will get back to everyone ASAP!

 

Marv, sorry to read of the loss of your father. Compound this with your recent accident and I fully understand your struggle to find equilibrium. Take what ever time you need to recover. We understand your priority. Dale

Talk about bad luck. For heavens sake, stay in the house for the next couple
