Alabama thread!

We usually go out to montevallo now. I live here in Chelsea and that's where I like to ride the best to be honest with you. I am also thinking about setting up a small meet out at the slab in a couple weekends if your wanting to join. Some of the guys in sylacauga go somewhere out there. There is also a place off of 51 that has some good riding but it's mainly mud and power line trails.

 

Sounds good! I've spent the last two previous wknds in Chelsea visting, I'm up there quite a bit. We used to get on the gasline at High Chapperal(sp?)of 39 and ride all the way to the lime plant at Saginaw but that was many years ago before fences and gates were discovered. When I was a kid we had access from Weatherly off 11 to Chelsea HS and from there alomost to Columbiana. A lot of good spots around back then with easy access. I just might make it up that weekend. May have to go ahead and upgrade to a better/more lift before I get too crazy with it, got tires rubbing already.

 

Yea, nothing like that now. It's all developed and crap! Lol. What's your truck look like? I'll have to look for ya when I'm out and about

think i have seen a couple from time to time pop in here from jasper, been a while though. lot from birmingham area and another big group in huntsville.

 

Close enough. Only about a 45 minute drive.

Wifes parents are on smith lake quite close to jasper, we're there a lot.
