Anything new on the hunt Devin? We are expanding the search to places up north with .5 acre lots just to see what is out there. I looked at the place you mentioned yesterday, really nice master plan but the houses are a bit too close for us.

Yeah we want a sub division like that though for my daughter to grow up in. With the community pool, outdoor amphitheater, and parks. I've come to peace with not having land at this point. We are sitting in limbo right now till we close on my house. We like the gunnison plan and the granby. Jennifer said that you contacted her. She is really Great to work with.

I hear ya. We live in one of those communities now and if kids were on our radar, I wouldn't have it any other way. There is literally 1 bus stop for the entire community, fills the entire bus and its off to school.

I like a few of the plans in there for the simple fact there is no wasted dining room space. We like the Gunnison as well. Too many options, who knows where our heads will be in 18 months from now.

For sure, we will prolly end up going with that floor plan. We like the no wasted space as well. We do not need a formal dinning area. Jennifer said that builder is awesome to work with so I think we are sold as long as we can close on our house. I want it closed early if at all possible.

got in touch with Greg and probably ordering the MTE M6-2 for the truck with the Tenergy Protected 18650 battery set with his MTE chargers. Do you know him personally OST? ill be doing a local pickup to save on shipping too:D

I would go with the M3-2I Tactical but I just dont have that kind of scratch laying around after just ordering the Fenix PD-32UE

Are you going with a basement? Any minor changes to the floorplan (closet here, move HVAC over 15', etc)?

Haven't sat down yet to talk about things. Gotta close on my house. To run the numbers and see what we are going to do. No basement though.

Don't suppose anyone has a rear shock (stock or otherwise) they would care to lend me for a week or two while I send mine off to be repaired?

I'm willing to trade sexual favors from NativeTaco.

What are you talking about? Everyone loves a smart ass! :p

We're about 15min to I25 by way of 34 so basically about the same time to that neighborhood.

Do know someone local to you in LE?

    That just happened.
