Mine is 91" wide. Most drive throughs are 8'. Leaves 3 inches on each side, haven't found one I couldn't fit through although I did leave some rubber on the wall at a wendy's. I converted all of my bushings over to UHMW (Nylatron). For some reason TC says "Recommended ONLY for race applications" but they work great for me. They are silent, and don't get sloppy as fast as the urethane bushings. Sound proofing the cab goes a long way too...

I'm looking into a better air filter for the truck. I'm not worried about performance gain, I'm looking into keeping dirt out of the engine. My carbon filter is tan with all the dirt it has stopped.

    http://www.kartek.com/Product/586/Super-Filter-Intake-Systems.aspx

I'm thinking about taking a UMP filter and fitting it to the truck but I'm not convinced this is the correct idea. I think dirt is slipping past the stock paper filter or the stock paper filter isn't filtering the silt/dust as well as I'd like.

I could be as simple as a dust sock over the inlet or as complex as a different intake system.

    Any ideas or opinions? Thanks.

My TRD cone intake still looks brand new after almost 4 years of offroading. I just clean it and oil it after every few trips.

    I agree^^^^
That is what I have used in 4 races this season so far.
I change the Paper type filter after every race.
I have not seen an ounce of dirt creep in. And she has had some rough dusty miles this season..lol

Do you guys run any sort of pre-filter material or just leave that alone?

Aaron are you using the old or new TRD intake?

I'm not sure what my rebound/compression numbers are as I have not opened them up yet. I would however like to valve them to my trucks specs, but I would have no idea where to start.

Yeah I still have the 600 pounders laying around, do you need them? Thank you for the help, I figure that a set of 16" 700lbers or 18" 600lbers will be perfect.

I can't rewatch this right now where I'm posting from but I believe there is a segment on here with Khris driving down what's known as "tranny alley" in Jean where a lot of big timers take their unlimited cars and trucks for shock testing.

Anyway, we're able to run mid 60s through there which I think is pretty good for a leaf sprung truck but what really stands out from the in car is how little steering input is required while doing so. The front end eats it up and makes it really easy to drive.

And before someone comments... The steering wheel is centered now. I was pressed for time to get it out testing and just set it good enough to get us out there and didn't have the wheel centered yet in that video.

what do you guys think for 600?

"The wheels are American Racing Mojave Teflon coated wheels 16" with 5x4.5 bolt pattern. They have a little rock rash but nothing serious.

Also mounted on the wheels are 5 Goodyear mt/r with Kevlar. Size is 285x75x16 which is approximatley 33x11.5x16. All balanced less than a thousand miles ago. Tires have plenty of tread left on them."
