    If I had land like that, I'd so the same. When I was growing up, we had 2 large gardens. We grew green beans, squash, cabbage, corn, potatoes, tomatoes, watermelons, greens, cantelopes, and lots of other stuff. We watered with a pump that was next to a creek. You can save a lot of money growing your own stuff but its a lot of work too. Boy did I ever get sick of green beans...

    The deer are gonna love it ,smorgasborg for the deer .not human consumption.Its my hunting property .I farm for deer only .

    food plots for deer huntin only .But i do farm for deer to keep them around .It helps during the season to keep them around.I still have to take the remainder of the trees out of the plot .Then i will plow and & have a lime truck come in to lime the whole field.

    Yeah it seems to me the only choice of tractor for deer farming would be John Deer?

    My bush hog tractor is a mitsubishi for bush hoggin only .My main tractor is a kubota m series .

    In sept ill put out SweetSpot ,sorgam ,soybeans,.A little wheat mix with it all for the nutrints wheat has .
