Yeah man, that's the truck. SWEET looking. I was in my wife's venza headed to Tampa. I stopped the car and was checking it out at the light by Lowes and then we ended up coming back across the bridge at the same time.

Did you do the grill yourself? I live right behind the High School.

 

No where to wheel in Tampa. You have to drive North of Tampa or East to Plant City.

 

I can always find somewhere to get the truck dirty. That's not a problem.

 

i've never cpmpared my rear bumper to the front, and it could be the camera angle, but that rear bumper looks giant compared to the front

Thinking about throwing these on my truck for my trip. Not to keep them on, but to possibly assist with gas mileage. What do you guys think? They are 295/70/17 so I'm not completely certain that it will help my mileage a much as I would hope. Kinda thinking it might be a waste of time in the end. But it is an option for now.

 

those are the same size and tire i had before the treadwrights. you may see a small increase, but it won't be much (if any). you'll be able to corner like a ferarri though

edit: the reason you won't see much change is becasue even though they are shorter and lighter, they have a very wide contact patch. if they were 285s, i'd say go for it 100%

 

Exactly the info I was hoping for. I kinda figured as much, but wanted to ask to make sure. More of a waste of time in the end.

 

I run 265/65/17 for road trips and have gotten another 1-2mpg.

 

This was kinda a crazy idea. I am taking them if a taco and thought it might help, but if its that minor or none at all, then not worth my sweat.

I'll just stick with what I've got. Might get the truck dirty up in bama anyway.

I would try one as long as it doesn't have syrup made into the waffle like those god awful mcgriddles from McDonald's.
