    We can figure it out no problem. I had to weld my legs, and plates onto the sliders then onto the truck. It's gonna take a lil time though. It's not that fast of a process. Haha and tacomas are everywhere in Memphis. They are one of the more common trucks

    Okay, so what does 3" spacer entail? I want a cheap setup that rides as nicely as it does now. Will 3" and 265's be enough to change the look of my now wimpy truck?

    You can't put "rides nice" and "spacer lift" in the same conversion. A spacer lift will not ride nice. Tolerable, yes. Nice, no. A spacer lift takes a block of aluminum or some kind of hard plastic and puts it between the coil bucket and the coilover. Basically its bolted to the top of the coilover then bolted back on the truck. What makes it ride stiff is: there is normally just a coil spring that compresses throught the suspension travel. By putting in that spacer, you are essentially making the coilover longer but instead of making it longer with more coils you are making it longer with a solid piece that does not compress. You are also raising the height of the truck which raises the riding point where your travel starts. Because its higher, you have less down travel and are riding around at "stock" height but you are almost at the height that your shock tops out at. This makes you feel that stiff spacer
