I have the Toytec lift with 5100's all round. The truck sits up good, but I wish the front end sat up a little more. Like the stance of a baja truck. If I go up one setting to the 2nd notch on the billsteins will that get me what I want? Will I then need UCA's? Will brake lines be stretched to breaking point?

    Thanks for any input.

Do you have top plate spacers? Pretty sure toytec recomends that you should only go to first notch with eibachs.

Which is a 1/4" spacer i think. You can add a little more height with spacers, but it wont be much. Maybe a 1/2" spacer on the drivers side and 1/4" on the passanger side. But that will probably only give you 3/8" of lift. I think wheelers sells thicker spacers, but anything over 1/4" will probably require new top plate studs. Your probably around 2.5" of lift im guessing. You don't want to go to much higher, you will have limited downtravel and added stress on the cv's if you go to high. The need for UCAs (for alignment) will increase the higher you go. If you want to go for 4.5" of lift up front there is drop bracket kits for that.

Are you talking about the front diff drop bracket? I already had that installed. What would I need to get over 4 inches of lift?

    Thanks again for the feedback!

With a 4WD, the only real way you'll get over 4 inches of lift is with a drop bracket like RCD, Fabtech, Pro Comp, etc.

So basically if I don't want to buy a whole new lift I need to be happy with what I have..

Basically. On a non-DB lift on a 4WD, your CV's will not be happy at all with 4'' of lift. 3'' of lift is ideal for our trucks, especially for off-roading, since you do not want your COG to be really high.

Sorta, bigger spacers will get you more lift, but probably like 3/4" max. I guess you can try to bump the 5100s up to the next notch, but i wouldn't try it. Thats alot of preload for a stiff coil like the eibachs.
