Tried to take off my shorty antenna yesterday to clean the contacts and try to get a better reception and the mast snapped off in the inside of the antenna base on the truck. Guess ill be replacing it i saw a write up someone did recently so ill just order the parts and do it myself soon.

 

So did you fire it up yet?

 

I sent my base cal 2 the tuner so he can set it up an then I'm gonna load it an fire it up

 

Did you do an e-fan conversion?

Hey guys I've got the emblems off a PreRunner if anyone is interested. Off my dad's truck. I've got Toyota, Tacoma, PreRunner and SR5 badges.

 

haha yeah man, your truck looks as big as our 2500 haha, there were probably a lot of them yesterday, we had a meeting at the courthouse...btw was that 4runner that waved built up? lift, bumpers that stuff. i saw one at willowmere today

 

Gotcha, no, well kinda, its lifted on 1st gen tundra wheels with a baja style roof rack with 4 lights with yellow smilie face covers and a 60" jack mounted to it. BUT the other day i rode by to spot where iron pig offroad is and at the bb&t right there there was a silver 4th gen t4r with a demello front bumper and some kind of swing gate, lifted 33s and roof rack, THAT was one beautiful ride

 

Oh and just passed a silver 2nd gen taco with an arb and softopper, yesterday saw a silver first gen with tiregate softtopper and 33s(?) Last week saw a red 1st gen with fron LT fibeglas fenders and baja style front bumpr

 

was the guy that waved in a 3rd gen? but yeah dude that 4th gen was the one i saw today. it was sick, looked like it had an ome lift too. i saw a 1st gen tacoma with arb at station 2 on courthouse yesterday when i drove by haha. i know there is are swb and rad red tacos with arb bumper around here too haha. im always scopin for tacomas and 4runners. here is that 4runner



oh and if anyone is interested i keep driving by this red toyota pickup, not sure the exact year, i think it is 86-89 because of no solid axle, a little rust, but it could be a good crawler haha.

 

Started it up had 2 adjust a few things on the map but it runs. The tuner is sending me another map 2night so I can keep it running an make sure all is good but sounds awesome

Nope the guy that waved is 4th too. He works at the pohanka collision at the intersection of lafayette blvd and blue & grey parkway. Yup thats the one! I almost snapped a pic but didnt feel like stopping lol i think ive seen the one at 2, is it silver?

 

yeah i think it is silver haha. have you seen the green fj lifted with 33s and i think they were the stock black fj steelies. had a bunch of stickers too, that one was sick
