Tacoma is stock and staying that way, Pickup is TBA as of now.
I'm ambidextrous, but I do most of my writing with my right hand.

Lefty here... I can bat right handed, I only play hockey right handed, I can write if I absolutely have to right handed, and when I need to "take care" of myself I can... well, you know...

When I was a kid and my parents where stationed in Japan, I went to daycare on base and I was "strongly encouraged" to use my right hand... In park league baseball growing up, I was always a pitcher (or playing left field, third, or first... gotta love the lines!) because kids couldn't hit a lefty...

Until I was about 5 or 6 I was left-handed. When I began learning to write I started being mostly right handed. But still ambidextrous.

Full lefty across the board. Spiral notebooks, a filthy hand after writing, going to sporting goods stores with 100 different varieties of right handed equipment and all 1 choice for the lefty. I tell my wife she will never understand the persecution I endure every day living in this right handed world!

If any of you TW leftys are golfers, I have a like new TaylorMade Rocketballz RBZ 3 wood, stiff flex for sale for $110 shipped. Has less than 20 swings in it. I can send more pics upon request.

You all know the usual annoyances. I throw, kick, and shoot a bow right handed. The biggest thing that annoys me is the fact that very few bullpup designs allow for left handed use. At least not without significant modifications. Also, hate it when a self righteous righty tries to show me the "proper" way to use something. F you, I do it how I want to. Racist.

    Lefty here. I write left-handed; throw and catch left-handed; bat right-handed; golf right-handed; shoot a rifle right-handed; shoot a pistol left-handed.

Ambidextrous. I was born a lefty, but had to learn to use my right because I broke my left so many times. I am at the point now where I am roughly equal with either hand. I can do just about anything with either hand, but I have noticed that my left is my power, and right is precision. The only things I refuse to/can't do equally on both sides is skateboarding/wakeboarding (only goofy foot) shoot basketball (only right hand) and... you know. (Left.) :D

Lefty in all ways except batting. I shoot rifles left hand in competition every month with (yep) left side bolt actions. Right-handed stuff does not bother me having learner to live in this RH predominant world. I do think we Leftys are (in general) more creative, but no more immune to the Tacoma Mod Bug than our RH friends.

I hate a spiral notebook also and can't use left handed scissors to save my life.

Of all you "pure lefties" (or just mostly lefties) do any of you ride some form of board for recreation? Snowboard, wakeboard, skateboard, etc. My mom is left handed and rides goofy (yes she took up snowboarding with me when I was 8 and is still riding today). My brother is right handed and rides regular. I am right handed in everything but ride goofy. I'm assuming "regular" would mean right handed/footed and "goofy" means left handed/footed (speaking purely from statistics) but we always argue over which one rightie/lefty would tend towards. I'm thinking I'm the backwards one and don't know why, but it's something I've been curious about.

The times I've attempted to wakeboard I was always left foot forward. Don't ask my outcome at wakeboarding. :anonymous:

hmm... another backwards person like me. They started me out regular (left foot forward) but I kept ending up backwards so finally they flipped my bindings around.

I learned a trick from a guy in a ski shop that I still use today for determining dominant foot that's quite fun for me. I typically use it on the boat when teaching someone new how to wakeboard and determining what foot they lead with. If they don't know which one, get behind them and push them forward enough to make them stumble but not fall. You'll always catch yourself with one foot, and that is the foot you should put forward. I suppose just telling them to fall forward would work the same, but the element of surprise doesn't give them an option to think about it and overpower the reflex.

Just thought I'd share. Maybe you're riding backwards and are actually really good if you'd just turn around :p

I'm left handed, but I shoot right handed. Rifle team coach in college made me switch, so I could use the custom rifles they had, and because he could teach me without having to overcome any bad habits I had developed.

My son started out using his left hand, but switched to right as he got older. That was a relief to me, as I consider it a handicap.

Checkin in for the lefty crowd, should have been a righty but broke my wrist and elbow at the time of writing development, so I learned on the left, and have been since.

Throwing things (gross motor) I am righty
