someone deleted the post advising me not to got to desert rat and instead to check out some other shops... why?

DO NOT go to Desert Rat! They will probably try to sell you some Fabtech or Revtek lift for your truck. I know some of the Tucson guys come up to the Phx area to buy parts/get parts installed on their trucks. Depending on the route you want to go and you say money is not an issue check out Sierra Expeditions and SDHQ. Both shops are pretty popular with the locals and both sell and install the products they sell. If you want to go the OME route check out Sierra, if you want a nice mid-travel set up check out SDHQ (I would go with Icon).

Also, post in the Az BS thread. You might be able to get other recommendations on local shops and I'm sure that some of the guys might even offer a ride in their truck if you want to get a feel for a suspension set up they might have.

haha my bad..

Well I think I will do some more research and 4 wheel a few more trails stock while I check out some shops and pick peoples brains and think about what I want.
