Rotha has the Zeon winch and remotely mounted the control housing on top of the bumper. I would hit him up if u have questions about it.

 

I have the water jet programs for a front and a rear. Just haven't had time

 

I was thinking of taking the control housing apart and making a smaller box for it. the area above the intake would have been perfect if the ABS module wasn't there.

I just "inherited" the local-man tooling...and my CDC's showed up today..I might have to shelve the bumper planning for a bit.

 

Local man program is a price of cake here haha. I'd blow my brains out if I had to do the heat treating CDC volume again

 

haha..I took a peak at the PDF's and it's bigger than I thought.

I get to start the tooling with using the 4-jaw chuck to mod some alignment pins...any wagers how long i'll be there dialing in?

 

If you have PDFs you're better off than our guard guys lol.
With what equipment I've heard your shop has.... never.
Haha jk if it takes more than 20 min I'd find someone who knows a few tricks. (It takes a lazy person to find out how to do it the fastest)

Just lmk when you plan on doing it, my schedule is always crazy, but we'll see. If you plan on cutting the bolts, it should be pretty straightforward. The hardest part was bending the sheetmetal with channel locks to get the bolt removed and wrestled out. So with new bolts, you shouldn't have to deal with what I went through.

Just finished adjusting the front coil overs. Damn what pain in the a-- had to drop the front sway bar and take off the tire. Now the truck looks level.

 

finally got my fogs adjusted correctly I think...have to wait till it gets dark. was also blowing a fuse, think I was pinching the wires at the module a little.

kinda bummed I found a small rust spot forming on the bumper on one of the welds where the bead didn't make it all the way around the vertical tube. good news is its fixable.

 

Finally finished installing LCA Skids and my Hi Lift Jack. Now to tackle relocating Coolant pump for the supercharger.
