Oh here's the Corolla. Hit hard enough that neither of his front doors would open. Bounced me into a Ranger but neither truck was damaged. If it's totaled, this guy might be buying a truck to replace it.

That is oogly. Coincidentally, my truck was rear-ended by a Corolla when I was living in Tucson. My truck did not fair as well. The bed buckled where she bounced off the spare.

    Glad you're doing ok.

Silas, if you got time this weekend can you stop in and walk me through what I would need for 35s? (and, no, this doesn't mean SAC time.)

Thanks, Chad. I'm not sure if I'm getting bored or warming up to chopping this thing up into a true trail rig. I think it'd be fun but somewhere in there the truck will become a tank to drive.

Scott, 33s right now. Technically, 285/75s but close enough. I'd be going to 315/75s which is actually measures out to 34.6".

I should really finish this first stage then work on the camping setup for adventuring.

Drive safe and enjoy getting ack to the wilds of America. Let me know when you make it back.

Blair, just realized you are only pulling the axle shafts. You won't need the RTV and possibly the gear oil. Should just be undoing the brakelines and 4 bolts atthe axle housing ends. It may get a little messy with gear oil coming out the end but could try it without draining the diff. Let me check what the manual says. Might want to just replace the diff oil while you're doing all this.

And we could just jack up one side at a time to keep the oil from spilling out.

    Sometimes I over think things.

Speaking of overthinking, can't wait to go out in the garage and overfix some things later today. ;)

My garage was built in 1943; cars must have been a lot narrower then because you can't drive in to it and then open your door to get out. :bananadead:

Your garage is about the size of my house.

Mother I Do Not Want To Touch.

Seriously, some major lust in her eyes. Felt like I needed to rub some lotion on its skin.
