You do know the first time you wheel your truck whatever coating you apply with be scratched up right? That said the Truck Bed coating is the way to go. My sliders are powder coated "because I can " and I'll be touching them up with the Truck bed coating after i beat on them.

 

I really want to Cerakote some sliders, then beat the shit out of them to see how the Cerakote holds up.

 

GONE! the first think it touches. Rocks remove the metal they will take that with it.

 

Does anyone have a front wheel bearing ready to go? I really want my truck up and running and the guys who are settling them on here are out of stock and my tools are short. Getting desperate

 

Let me add that I am wrong to drive a little if someone has one pressed and ready.

 

Brain would you be down to help me retrofit my headlights in the near future? Might be picking up a kit cheap from a member on here.

Bi-Xenon Morimoto Mini Stage III kit (D2S), it would just be install also. I don't want to paint my stuff cause I have the smoke headlights.

Ok. quick ,stupid question. Only because I am too lazy to read about it. (35 10hour days with 2 days off will do that to a man.) 08 tacoma 4.0, do they have some kind of variable cam timing similar to v-tec, or intake rutter, similar to the ford z-tech, or something comparable to the two? I notice a sudden gasp for air and deeper intake howl when climbing threw the rpms when I push the skinny pedal on the right real hard. (Lol)
