Gonna be almost stock silent then... I've got an 11" on my truck, and a 14" on my GF's v8 4runner(you can hear both on Mod day before we do it if you'd like).
The 11 is about equal in sound to a 40 series flowmaster, the 14 a little louder maybe like a 50 series flowmaster, and the 18's are hardly noticeable over stock. I'd exchange for a 14, but thats just me of course thats up to you, I know I'd want to hear the difference in the new muffler a tad more though.
Just a little info FWIW from my experience/testing.

Edit, for comparison I'd say the vid posted earlier of the wicked is a little louder than an 11".
And heres a vid of my old 07 with a dumped Delta 40 Flow Master. Of course this is high load between 2000-5000rpm.

Huh, I thought the 18" was going to be loud enough but if its close to stock sounding that seems like a waste. I'll probably roll back by Summit and swap it out before Saturday. Thanks for the info Eric!

You've got a gutted cat... second gen's have 3 cats that quiet things down a LOT before hitting the muffler. :)

But I ain't gonna lie, I do enjoy hearing my truck so maybe I like a louder muffler than most :notsure:

It was still an 18" before I gutted them. Absolutely, my exhaust is loud now! But before it still had a decent groan to it with no resonation in the cab at highway speeds before gutting.
I agree...if you want it louder, get the 14. If you want just a little tone mostly under WOT, the 18.
