So what do you guys think, should I try to get a real estate license? It's $500 but after I pass the test I'm eligible to sell in NY.

If you are serious about it. I have friends who do it as a side job and aren't very good. The person I use works for a broker in town and is bad ass. You can make money but tons of things go into being successful. My realtor has a room in her house that's full of furniture and decorations all for staging houses to sell. I don't recommend doing it as a hobby as you will not get the higher end customers.

My mom wasted her money getting one and sold 2 houses in 2 years. And the market around here never got too bad compared to the rest of the country. It's not worth it.

BFG AT KO's, not sure on the size, on stock wheels they rub the frame a touch when turned full lock to the right, and they rub the top when you flex

Yeah mine pretty much works all day and night. I call her all the time haha. But she is amazing she is working like 4-5 deals at a time and always has time for you. I don't understand how but she does!

Getting clients is the hardest part. Once you have those you stay busy with paperwork. Showing the houses and meeting with clients only consumes a small part of your week.

It'd only work if you bought me a MT setup in the front (I know I'm asking for to much, but sometimes I get lucky like that)

    It couldn't hurt to try.
I'm keeping the tires if I get them though
