Mine is muddy for months on end (it's my DD). I usually let the rain wash my truck when it does rain. During the summer months I maybe wash my truck 1-2 times. The longest my truck has been clean is a week when it just sat there not moving.

I assume I'm gonna need to upgrade the PS pump. What would you guys suggest for the pump, reservoir, and hydro assist?

4.88's will be fine man, he already made up his mind, there is no changing it. :D

I've been running mismatched gears (5.38s and 5.43s) for 3 years, no big deal at all.

HEY - 4WP would not recommend that! I think we all need to rethink this and stick to a spacer lift and 4.10's. Or maybe a sweet drop bracket fabtech setup. I gotta get to my 4WP appointment, talk to you guys later.

Wow so I just found out today after some research that http://www.superioraxlegear.com/ has gone out of business... They were a HUGE NAME in the offroad industry and I have ALOT of parts through them... This is so disappointing. Gears front and rear, axle shafts front and rear... All warrantied through them, useless :(

Its been the scuttlebutt on pirate for a few months. Poor customer service drove them out of business.

I think someone said the shafts came from foote and would still be warrantied...who knows. Yukon ftmfw :D

That was several years ago when they were sourcing them from india. No one has had problems with the US made yukons.

And at least they will still honor their warranty :p

I think the Yukon hardcore hubs are worth buying :D I might even have Yukon 35 spline stubs, not sure. Those will be the only Yukon parts on my truck haha

Yessir, I've been wanting to do this swap for yeeeaaarss. Almost 10 years and two 4runners ago lol. But I had no idea what it was, it was more like "I want THAT, so I can crawl over THAT." I didn't know shit for shit back then.

What made you decide not to trade it? Something wrong with that 3rd gen?
