Previous owner used to haul heavy loads, so he put an AAL on it and TRD front suspension with a lift and custom rear suspension for added weight capacity. I recently installed a tow package (Curt with lifetime warranty) So i will definitely see what this thing can handle as far as weight goes.
I have a 2006 Navy-dark blue regular cab with 82,000 miles. Works well, suspensions really stiff (ADD A LEAF) and it bugs me sometimes but i get over it. i love my truck. too bad the paint is chipping away!!! TOYOTA YOU MAKE A DAMN GOOD TRUCK BUT YOUR PAINT IS CRAP!!! First goes the clear coat, then a little gravel nick starts expanding and peeling over time.

get a set of stock 5lug leaf springs. they are super cheap and will be better than a crappy AAL and provide the same lift.

Is a rear main a fairly common leak on higher mileage motors? I hope that's the leak under mine right now...looks like trans has to come out to do it...I'll do a service on it at the time of the rear main job I guess...what kinda fluid these things take? It's an Aisin A30-400 or something

Looks great, I like the black Toyota front emblem and skid and fogs!

Any rubbing on the front flaps?

Used to be pretty common on the 22RE. Haven't heard of it being common in a long time.

That is quite likely what it is, I was just saying that I haven't heard of it being a common problem since the 22RE.

Zack, thanks man .... I appreciate it. There is no rubbing on the flaps at all. I was worried about that. I'm glad it worked out. I also plasti dipped the rear badges.

Maine, hey ..... All stock. In the future, I might put on 5100's to get rid of the rake.
