4WD badges

I got some RAV4/ Tundra 4WD badges since I removed my 4x4 mudflaps. I'm going to paint them black like my other badges, but should I try to keep the "4" red or just do the whole thing black?

 

Paint them black! I got some black chrome TRD Badges, wasn't like the whole black chrome look so shot the TRD part with some black and left the flags black chrome.

 

Oh, there definitely going to be black, just not sure if they'll be ALL black. I like your TRD badge. Did you just tape off the stripes?

If you don't end up liking it for whatever reason, paint it black. Once you go black, you cant go back.

damn good idea... didnt think of painting mine black. I like the 4 red though

 

It might be easier to paint the hole thing black, then go back and repaint the 4 because getting a good taping in that recessed area will be a bitch.

Or I could paint it white?

 

tape and use an exacto knife, then press into corners

 

Reason why I left the flags Black Chrome. Maybe a paint pen would come in handy here. Hmmm....
