Great to hear. The place we are looking at is at 120th and Sheridan. Seems to be a nice place with plenty of shopping within walking distance. Not sure how busy 120 gets, but I can imagine quite.

You looking at houses over there? I lived in apartments right there it was nice. Bradburn row was the apartments.

Apartments for now. We might try to move next summer. Best case scenario would be to find something when we are out there for 2 weeks in May with a September move in date. I figure once there we can find a place to build within a year and start to settle in. Buying the house from Florida was becoming more of a bad idea as time went on.

I will add Bradburn to the list. For now that and the Marquis at town centre are the only 2 up north. Everything else seems to be near centennial .

CSUVIPER lives in that area and I travel 120th frequently. It can get busy with the traffic lights and shopping center w/ 24hr Fitness there but does flow.

    Devin,

Bradburn row looks great, just jumped to the top of our list. Any issues with management out of the ordinary? Paper thin common walls?

Good to hear Sean. We have a few 3 lane divided roads over here with the same amenities that 120 appears to have and I try to avoid them at all costs.

It's pretty sick. An outdoor pool open all year round, a movie theater. Walls are just like any other apartment. It was not bad. Walking distance to a lot of stuff. I liked it, management slapped a ticket to my motor cycle because I didn't move it for a long time and used it to save the closest spot to my apt haha so that was my fault. Waiting to buy a house is a good idea so you can get a feel for areas your self. Jen is awesome to work with though.

Of course your speedo is accurate at 25mph thilly gooth. It's a % difference so the higher the speed to more it's off. Most new cars these days are 4mph slow at 75mph for various reasons. That's also why they calibrate the odo separately because they don't want to give you more warranty than they have to. Most cars a plus size tire makes the speedometer more accurate. That seems to be the case w/a 265/75r16 tire on a Tacoma too. That & I won't have to remove the brackets to put one of these in the stock spare location too. I think I've pretty much made up my mind.

get an ultragauge...i use that as my speedo

reset the trip odo on the UG, start a trip odo on a gps...then you can calibrate your UG based off the actual mileage

with 4.56 gears and 34s i'm at ~0.936 right now on my UG of actual to factory mileage...that gets me to about 1mph to actual

I've got a radar detector with GPS that I use for my speed but I still want my speedo accurate. The OCD in me doesn't like things to be... off. If someone else borrows my truck or whatever I don't want to worry about it. I like the odometer to be accurate too for service intervals and such. 285's would be nice but that would mean needing to do a lot more work. The 265's I could literally just throw on as the truck sits and it will still look better than it does.

with an automatic, your speedo is calculated off a sensor at your wheels too...so even re-gearing will not help...

manuals have their speedo sensor on the tcase, so re-gearing can help get those numbers closer to actual...ie 35s and 4.56 will get you very close to actual..

unless you need the extra clearance, stay with 265s...better mpg and cheaper

Yeah, that's pretty much what I've decided. Just not worth the added BS that comes with going +2 size when +1 looks good enough and there's no side effects... in fact it will likely correct my speedo issue from the factory or at least get it much closer.

I know there is someone here, on this board, who in fact used a laser to check the speed of a civilian car they were operating...
